I have to say Manuel and David were absolutely amazing...efficient, professional, polite and extremely helpful and kind! They encapsulated our basement and it looks awesome! They had to do some extra prep which they didn't estimate for, it took some time but they didn't complain and in fact they didn't charge for it. I highly recommend Zelica waterproof and Dalia, the secretary was extremely helpful and forthright and easy to contact. I can't say enough about their work and customer service. Thanks guys so much!

They sprayed mold treatment which killed the mold, installed new insulation, and place 15 mil plastic for an encapsulation. They made sure to seal my crawl space. Maybe I should wait until it rains to make sure everything works (LOL) but I'm so excited about the work Zelica just did in my basement that I felt compelled to review them right away. Every step of the process, from their initial free estimate, to the work itself, to the communication throughout was excellent. We have not always had the best experiences with companies doing work on our house here in Western North Carolina, but Zelica has been amazing. They were always quick to respond to my inquiries, super informative, and fairly priced. I spent months and months calling and trying to find a company that could do my encapsulation, fix my water issues and fit my budget. After much despair I finally found Zelica and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. They did a thorough inspection of the crawlspace and their quote was not only fair but there was nothing added that I didn't need. They were prompt and worked their tails off to get the job job. Dalia was always very responsive and willing to work with us in any way to get the job done. If your looking to get yours done look no further and give these guys a call because my crawl is not one you wanted to be in but now with the work they did its like a brand new home under there.

We had a great experience with Zelica. We were dealing with water leaking into our basement after heavy rain. They came out the same day I called to give an estimate, and theirs ended up being waaaaay less than other companies. They recommended that we waterproof the exterior foundation and basement walls, but gave us multiple estimates for different routes we could take (interior drain with sump pump vs. exterior drain, etc.). The cost for Zelica to dig out our foundation, patch and waterproof, and install a french drain was $3000 LESS than another company's estimate to install a sump pump with perimeter drain in the interior. It took them less than four days to complete the whole job, and they were so careful to put everything back and make it look nice (last picture here is after job was completed). They even replaced some rotten boards of our old porch and painted them to match! We just got about an inch and a half of rain, and no moisture in the basement whatsoever. Call these guys for all your waterproofing needs. They do a fantastic job for much less than you'll pay elsewhere.

Update: It's been about six weeks since the work was completed. We've had about 3" of rain in the past couple days, and the basement is totally dry!

What a Blessing to have found Zelica Waterproofing!! They did an AMAZING job for our Homeowner Basement water intrusion issue. This has been a long on-going issue for years. This particular house was built in early 1920's. As you can imagine, time has caused a break down of outside protective materials.
They did Everything they promised and even went above and beyond after job was completed!

Homeowner is very Happy with end result as well as we are! We had heavy rain on evening of November 29th into early hours of 30th. I went to check on dryness of basement on the 30th and was Super Happy to see it was DRY! I delivered the great news to the homeowner and now we can move on to next phase plan of rehab work for basement in 2023.

We recently moved into a house near Asheville and the inspection report found mold in the crawlspace on the floor boards. Zelica was by far the cheapest of the 4 quotes we received. They came out and did an excellent job removing the mold, digging drains for a sump pump, encapsulating, insulating (our heat pump definitely runs less often), and installing a dehumidifier.

Dalia was very prompt with communications and answered all of my many questions. The team that did the work were friendly and knowledgeable.
